OUR VENTURES
Success isn’t always found straight down the road. It sometimes comes by detours.
In recent years we have acquired portfolio properties for around EUR 150 million and sold about 450 units individually. In addition to this, we participated in the preparation and sale of development projects in Berlin, Leipzig and Dresden with a construction volume of over EUR 30 million. Our sales structures include access to over 1,500 agents who have been working for us for more than 20 years by now.
